We want to meet you if:

You have a passion for the art and science that is human resource management.

You have a keen eye for talent and take pride in the recruitment process from job posting to offer letter. An understanding of how to manage candidates throughout this process is critical. Communication, communication, communication!

You have the ability to familiarize yourself with different Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Comfort in using different systems and possessing the ability to learn different systems is key.

Adaptability and flexibility are a must when working with different clients, in different industries, with different priorities. Our People and Talent Advisor must be able to work in a dynamic setting and use their resourcefulness to assist our clients with their HR needs. If the pandemic has taught us one thing, it is how to adapt to change.

We love what we do and are looking for a new People and Talent Advisor to be a part of our team. Engaged HR is a remote working environment that creates opportunities for regular in-person connections as a team.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • A post-secondary degree, preferably in HR or business.

  • 2 to 5 years generalist experience in an HR environment.

  • A CHRP designation or are working towards obtaining it.

  • Full cycle recruitment experience.

  • Experience with a variety of technologies including SharePoint, HRIS systems, CRM systems and extensive experience with Microsoft Office.

  • An exceptional level of attention to detail, self motivation and organizational skills.

  • A client centric, teamwork focused approach.

  • A high tolerance for ambiguity and you are highly adaptive.

  • Strong critical thinking and written and verbal communication skills.

  • Like to laugh, to have fun, and to work in partnership with your team!
