Associates at Engaged HR lead clients through a variety of projects, issues and initiatives and are ambassadors of excellent HR services. From supporting clients with foundational HR practices, to workforce planning and talent acquisition/management, to compensation surveys and organizational design and everything in-between. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you have the distinct honour of working with Engaged HR clients as they grow and develop their teams. You will work directly with CEOs, Executive Directors and hiring managers on fulfilling their talent needs, while being responsible for ensuring the candidate experience for our clients is second to none. As a member of the Engaged HR team, you will be a part of something special as you contribute to our talent acquisition services.

In this role you will:

  • Source talent utilizing diverse channels and sourcing strategies
  • Partner with our team and clients to provide highly targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Communicate and liaise between candidates and our clients
  • Conduct candidate screening
  • Build and maintain a candidate database for current and future needs
  • Foster a long-term client relationship and be their 'go-to hero' when the need arises
  • Work with our applicant tracking system to streamline recruiting activities
  • Network and promote Engaged HR and our services
  • Think critically and act strategically
  • Be a data wizard and report out on measurable performance indicators
  • Always be looking for ways to improve, grow, and optimize our talent acquisition services


You bring with you:

  • A proven track record with sourcing and talent acquisition, you are always striving to attract top talent
  • Strong knowledge of leading online platforms
  • Effective communication skills, and an innate understanding that every client is different
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple recruiting campaigns
